I'd go with a couple of those new cookies by TRI-O-PLEX...dang those things are good!

Pre-workout...try anything by TriOPlex or Oh Yeagh! Or my favorite...MHP's Up Your Mass bar...scratch the others...go w/ Up Your Mass.

Sometimesit does not make you feel full, trioplex has the fiber and makes you feel full.

If your dieting then no, to bad, but these are good, I heard the label claims were abit off??

always are... usually less protein and more sugar... just add oatmeal to your post workout shake

Tri O plex are good but I agree they really make you feel full. I like Myoplex, or steel bars just for an occasional snack or if im in a jam for a meal.

Best suggestion yet....in all honestly, you could do a 3 musketeers and a QT of skim milk and be better off....a protein bar might had a titch less sugar, but not much.....complete junk...I have 4-5 cases at home, just sitting there........havent had the urge to crack em open.

I like the Biotest bars, they taste pretty good but Biotest has been raising the prices recently so they are getting pretty spendy (as all Biotests products are).

I'm going to go with Steel Bar by ABB.  Of course this depends on your goals......I like these as a pre-workout bar due to the simple carbs and protein.

Not to mention....they don't break the bank.  Nice taste and good source of readily available carbs.
