Fats will boost test levels.
Broccoli can help with estrogen.
But any time you boost test, you will also boost estrogen.

its opposite sides of the same coin. Boost testosterone, diminish estrogen. Oysters because of their zinc content are reputed to be a testosterone boosting food. Garlic has shown propensities for testosterone boosting in studies involving rodents, but the dosage needs to be very very high (.8g of garlic per 100g of food). Best bet, avoid alcohol, periodic red meat, get your vegies in every day (broccoli, cauliflowers, cabbage, brussle sprouts), supplement with zinc and/or high dosages of garlic pills....
and watch alot of porn.

"Forget T Not" from Muscle and Fitness in 2005 lists ten Testosterone-boosting foods: oysters, lean beef, beans, poultry, eggs, lowfat cottage cheese, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and garlic.
