I'm sure Darrem fans will always disagree but Phil was the clear winner.  It actually wouldn't have even mattered if Phil was significantly off since Phil's physique was still that much better than Darrem's that Phil would still have won.  It's a simple matter of genetics, it's just tough to beat Phil's full, round muscle bellies and aesthetic, genetic shape.  Throw some mass and decent conditioning in there and he'll beat most everyone.

phil i just more complete then darrem   darrem is hard yes and he has good body parts  but osme are lacking in comparison to heath

I think phil won that show. It was close but Phil just plain looks better.His muscles explode when he flexs.

Besides his lack of quad sweeps I think Darrem Charles is underrated.  His full muscle bellies are mind blowing!  Sick cross striations and sick bicep peaks.  He reminds me of the Golden day physique.  Legs not too big, nice upper body, nimble and agile, athletic functional body.
