I have a question to anyone out there what is a good way to keep the bloodpressure low while training for a show or on performance supplements. I know the obvious answer is stop taking the supplements but if that is not an option what else do people use. My doctor just put me on a blood pressure med Aceon which I really wanted to avoid but will deal with it. Thanks for reading and thanks for the input.

Y do you think that Chick would answer a question in an open forum about steroids?
-
Who said anything about steroids I am talking about how to keep bloodpressure down.
-
As a side effect of steroid use.
-
The post is about how to control blood pressure not about if Chic will respond or not. Sorry if it offends you but this is a concern and just wanted to see if others deal with it.

It doesn't offend me at all. If this thread isn't about whether Chick will respond or not why did you title it, "Question for Chic"? There is a steroid forum here where experienced guys will answer your questions (not Pros). I can help, but I need more info. What drugsa are you using, using anti-e's, diet, training, where is your starting point, dosages ???

chick doesnt answer treads anymore...maybe at bb.com :-\

Some guys have high blood pressure because they're simply too heavy.
Keeping the weight down will keep the BP down...also, keeping sodium/salt intake low will help with water retention.

Chick and everyone thanks for responding, good points to keep in mind. Everyone thanks again.
