McNeal hates insulin.
Chad uses it.
Kamali had an insulin warning on his site a while ago saying it ruins physiques. Don't touch it if you want to turn pro was his advice.

Joe Mcneil got Flex Wheeler in the best shape of his life for the 1992 USa's and in 1993. Chad screwd Flex up ( with Flex's nod of approval) Flex told Dexter Jackson to talk to McNeil and Mcneil got Dex more sliced than he's ever been.
I think Melvin should get McNeil cell # and give that man a call ( not Chad), and you might see a top three Olympia physique, if not a Arnold Classic winner

How hard is it to tell Tamali that he would wake up with small arms, non existent forearms and calves, a bloated gut and a wide waist?
Hell, I could have told him he'd look like that 1 year ago never mind the next day!!

Can you be morew specific on "none at all"? Does that just mean sodium and water phases? Or are they using Dandelion root, etc? Just curious...
