Not a user's guide but the best overview of sports in general, 15 years earlier than similar info in Canseco & Bond books. Speed Trap by Charlie Francis (track & field doping inc. Ben Johnson). Used on ebay & amazon.

Bill Phillips Anabolic Referrence Guide. Great stacks in there, lots of good info, though somewhat outdated now.

Never read #1 or 2, however, i used to work at Max Muscle where we had Anabolics 2005. Granted i know nothing about steroids, it looked pretty informative and seemed to cover a lot of different steroids and drugs.

Chemical Muscle Enhancement by far...
Building The Perfect Beast is very hard to read/comprehend unless you are an endocronology major with a minor in chemistry.
C.M.E. is an easier to read...or maybe I really am a BlockHead. I dont know...

you'd be surprised how much you'd learn about anabolics just by asking those who use them.

Anabolics 2006 is relatively OK. Other underground steroid guides are loaded with bullcrap.
