I don't know if I cheated or not. Probably, but it tastes so good. I had a great workout today, back and biceps. I was driving by KFC and I couldn’t resist. I had to get two of those double crunch sandwiches and a small soda. I mean if this is cheating, I only do it maybe twice a week. I work out religiously six days a week and run two times a week. Is it going to affect my diet if I keep on doing this?

Damn is right buddy but diet is key. I only cheat maybe once ever 2 weeks not even and thats if i need too but KFC every day or every other day is not a smart move for a bbing diet.

they have that grilled chicken sandwich,,,just get a napkin wipe off the mayo,,,most KFC's now are attached to either a taco bell, the refried beans are a good bet.

I'm at the point of unwanted belly fat, but I understand. Thanks for the advice. KFC once every two weeks and that's it. Just have to look the other way, when I'm heading home from work.

It definately depends what your goal is and how your body processes fats, carbs, sugars. For me Im at a point that i can cheat once or twice a week and still hold a low body fat. I have friends that need to stay clean constant otherwise the fat comes on. But if you have belly fat now stay clean dude constant
