Hey i dont know if any of you have this problem but since i've started working out i noticed i get alot more bumps,pimples,acne whatever you want to call it on my face.I've tried proactive it worked for a couple months,but not anymore. I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions or ideas.

It depends on your age. Your best bets are:
1. Wash your face immediately before and after your workout.
2. Drink plenty of water (64 oz a day)
3. Keep your face dry during your workouts by using a towel or wearing a bandana (to keep the sweat from pouring down your face).
If the acne is unrelated to your workouts (let's say your 18), I used Accutane and it worked so good that I probably have gotten 10 zits in the past 15 years.

try taking at least two showers a day...depending on when you lift, one of them should be right after your workout. i use an acne bodywash on my face and shoulders and it works pretty well. i can't remember what it's called off the top of my head.
