Title: Multivitamin
Post by: bigjay80 on June 28, 2006, 08:51:16 AM
I'm trying to switch my multi, I've been taking AST's multi 32 and I don't want to go back to Animal Pak...... I heard MHP has a new multi Activite, has anyone tried this yet...?  I know with a multi you can't "tell" if it is working, but that Activite sure looks good....

i just use a normal one, not from a bodybuilding company
it's just 1 tablet per day not a whole fist, and it can be dangerous to have too big dosage that comes with some of those bodybuilder brands

I take maxilife coq10 formula. Supposed to be the most powerfull one and what all the athletes use. Expense too. :( Averages about 2000% of everything daily needed. I take 2 a day.

Beverly International Ultra 4 Multi Vitamin

You know whatever they make is good, and unlike a lot of their products this one is reasonably priced.
You can get 120 tabs for around $12.

1. that's dangerous, especially if the multi has a high iron content and if you supplement extra vitamin C...

2. vitamins are supposed to supplement healthy nutrition.... not replace it

 Twinlab Dual-Tabs...

2 daily on my off-days...4 on my training days. All AnimalPak really did for me was turn my piss flourescent vivid neon green.
