Title: Gamma-O doing great without Customers

Based on the incredible marketing skills of the people at Gamma-O it would seem that not only do they not need Chris Cook but they don't need customers either.  This makes me wonder how does a company succeed without customers?  How I can I start my own successful company while bashing potential customers, former spokespeople, and being an asshole to whoever else I might meet along the way? I am truly interested in their secret.

From a business standpoint, money is over-rated.
