wolfy your routine is working wonders...hell i'm rep'n out 315's now! hit 400 lbs one the bench press twice two weeks after i started your workout!
now teach me how to fucking deadlift dammit! ;D

Big Poppa J, My last meet was the NERB meet it was a good time. I met alot of people there. Lots of really cool guys, did not see aNdy although I have met him before atthe Arnold. Gave him bench tips in the Animal Cage, that was an experience, me giving Andy Bolton bench tips. He is a Legend in this sport and it was an honor he came to me for bench advice.

I am so glad the routine is working great. It is a pretty simple and basic plan just goes to show you dont need rocket science to build that bench.Keep up the great work and keep me posted ,you all got my email. If not here it is again if anyone needs it.

What did I eay Yesterday?
Breakfast: Protein Drink 50 grams ~ 2 homemade Soft Tacos(this is usually 1 cup of oatmeal) ~ Hostess Blueberry pie
Break at 9:20 am: Big Glass of mountain Dew ~ 2 more Tacos ~ Snack size Chips
Lunch at 12:30: 32 oz Lemonande ~ Protein Drink 50 grams ~ Pepperoni Pizza Roll(which was a joke got out of vend machine at work) 3 Musketeer Bar
Snack 3:30: Glass of Mountain Dew ~ Protein Drink 50 Grams
Dinner 5:30: McDonalds 10 pc McNugget ~ Dbl Cheeseburger ~ Large Frie ~ Large Rootbeer with 3 refills
Snack around 9pm: Bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch(Excessively LARGE Bowl 1/3 of box
Snack around 11pm: Protein Shake 50 grams
That is it, see why I'm fat :)

That's not really a whole lot of food. I would have expected a 400 lb man to eat more than that.

god damn you eat alot..i bet your cholestrol level would b unreal..damn the amout of junk food you eat in one day is equal to the amount of junk food i eat in 1yr..how do u even call youself an athlete when your fat..thats a one unhealthy diet that i don't wanna follow ever.

I agree. Where are all of our strength brothers? I got no response when I posted Jesse Kellum benched 800lbs @211 BW at the baddest bench on the river in Louisiana. I thought it was amasing.

800 at 211 is freaking HUGE!!!!! Damn near 4 times his bodyweight. Was it in a sanctioned meet? If not he should of never done it, hit it in a meet where it counts!!! But either way it is still HUGE!!!
