Title: Protein powder sodium content

Hey all,

Most of the protein powders/MRPs contain at least 340/380mg of sodium per serving, (at least those brands that are available in South Africa.) Is that "healthy" for the human body-bearing in mind that I have at least 2 servings per day. I was wondering what effect would sodium consumption have on blood pressure etc .
