Title: Bob Chick as Superman?????
Post by: Alex23 on June 29, 2006, 12:38:40 PM: There's been rumors that Chick was consider for the superman role...would've be great. They went for the androgyny boyish look instead. Too many gays exec in hollywood, projecting their fantasm. Look what happened to The Rock. They basically "forced" him to slim down.

Bob you wanna elaborate on that?

Post by: onlyme on June 29, 2006, 12:42:01 PM: I was almost casted as Nuclear Man in one of the Superman movies. I made it to a 3rd call back and then lost it. Oh well. And I like Chic but I seriously doubt they considered him for Superman. Not even close to the look they want.

yeah he's from upstate NY but he sounds like one of the guys on the old Saturday Night Live skit Superfans, you know the guys who always said, "da Bears!!!!!!!" and "Ditka", he sounds just like one of those guys.
