Monster ass to the calves movements.
-
monster range of motion ::)
-
I thought he could do 2000lbs.
-
should make him start from the bottom with 1000 pounds
-
If I was training him, I'd slap those hands off his legs and with the range of motion, no need to unlock the machine. But the guy is in his 70's and how many 70 year olders even get on 1? This was on TV a few months ago and they kept getting on him obout the hands.

Bwhaahahahahahahahahaha. ................ What a loser. I bet Icarian wants him to demo all their machinery from now on.

Glad to see an older guy workin out, but his range of motion was terrible. We've got this kid at our gym that's probably 14 or so, he does squats every workout, if he bends his knees and drops down over 4" he messed up, this guy pretty much lets his knees bend slighty, then raise up. I talked with him, asked if I could join in to try to teach him how to properly squat, he watched me do a set. What really got me was he stepped back in there and did a set just like he'd done before. I just shook my head and went back to my workout.

I have taught people how to squat, dead, and bench, and the trick I have found is to tell them to keep going down, down, down, when they are on the way down. Quite often people think they are lower than they truly are. Anyways, that is how I do it, and it seems to work very well. It also motivates me when people listen and do things like that correctly, so I find I can benefit from them working out properly in my own way too.

The funny thing is - all these idiots doing quarter reps are doing them in front of a mirror. Are they blind too?

I think they are just scared. I know it is irritating to watch, but, unless someone does something or people learn to ignore it, it is just going to give you headaches.

i hate this shit its like every other fag at the gym, barley even breaking movement they dont even go below the pins, or people that squat and dont get near parallel, and my all time fav. guys that do incline bench and go 7 inches away from there chest. i also love the guys that load up a bar and swing there whole body to get to reps of curls.
