I actually witnessed the routine in person. The guy works out in my gym and thinks he is going pro!!! I absolutely fall on the ground laughing when I see it. I wouldn't make fun of it so bad if the guy wasn't such a d#ck in general.

It is a NGA show in Rochester. FYI - He got best poser and placed 1st in his weight class. Here is one a couple of weeks after again best poser and 1st in weight class.
