I am on a strict low fat diet, high protein. What is the best food to eat to get a harder for vascular look? obviously a natural way.
sometimes I look flat, and I blame it on the low fat diet, high protein diet.

where are your carbs at when you look flat? Low?

yes not eating enough will definatly keep u from looking full and and having your vascular appearence.

When you say, eat more. Eat more of what? Carbs??? Protein??

Eat lots of complex carbs.

A high protein low carb diet may be best for losing fat, but you can still lose fat with a moderate protein and moderate carb diet, so you can just switch to that to get more fullness and strength while still losing fat, just keep the calories similar.

Thats the Atkins diet isn't it? dosen't that sapp ur energie?
