40 min cardio only 4 times a week right now, gonna try to bring it up to 5-6 times a week..its tough though..down to 223, from 240 in april. im doing 20 min treadmill, 10 min grueling stairmaster, and 15 min recumbent bike..
Just taking Designer protein , ZMA, and mutlis. I was thinking about buying some CLA, anyone using this for fat loss? Musclemag had a great write up on it recently.

Again, nothing awesome..just a progress pic..Road to 210-200 w/abs. 8)

I think you will look really good at around 185-190 lbs.
Don't focus on the scale.
Let's guesstimate your body fat % to around low 20's at the moment. which means you'll need to drop 25-30 lbs to get diced.
You'll start to look good in 4 weeks if I were to make a guess.
Great to read about your progress so far. Keep it up mate. Remember the hard times onlyme had to endure. I use it for inspiration every once in awhile.

I made a guess, that's all.
And low 20's % isn't very fat. A normal untrained man is at around 18-20 %.
Personally, I think he needs to get down to around 190 lbs to be real shredded.

haha, Chubby T adonis, as jealous as the day is long!. Fyi, here in this pic I am 185 lb, this was 7 years ago. Im sure I am at least that with abs at 5'8" if not more. Im in the middle. haha.. to call that fat, off season, clean, well, where is that pathetic pic of you TA sporting the blue tank top, Chubby? 150-165...lmao..that was great. try 190 at least at 5'8"

Thanks..Yeah, this is with pasty white skin. haha.. I have meditteranean skin too, and look how pale ive become bc i havent been to the beach in a while..not even this summer..also, the lighting is not in my favor, this is outside, bright day light- Im not in a room with "LOOK AT ME IM HUGE LIGHTING" ;)...So not bad.

In merry old England there are still openings for court jesters and I can just see these little short legs of yours clad in red and blue spandex running around with a bell on your hat. Mind you it would be a step up from pumping gas like you do for a living now. ;)

cla works nothing like C/A/E CLA helps with carb uptake and is an excellent supplement for overweight people bas tyouaren;tr eveen close to overweight adn youhave no extra fat your body processes carbs fine therefor e CLA would suck for you

Well if your 5ft 8 then your legs must be massive. What about an upper body shot?
As Cherie says , I was in a bit of a strange mood on Saturday and hope I didn't upset anyone. It just gets frustrating seeing yourself wasting away after a life of activity. :'(

Sorry Heracles but I would estimate to get to 12% bodyfat and have decent abs you would have to lose 50 pounds at least.

good to hear you are doing well. Don't listen to the haters, if your upper body is close to your wheels you will be a pretty shredded 190. Keep up the good work.

Nah, nowhere near that much. Heracles is very smooth in those pics, but no way would he have to drop 50 to get to 12%. He's closer to 20% than 30%!
