Title: FOR RHINO..........(happy 4th of july)
Post by: michael arvilla on July 03, 2006, 07:18:30 AM
Home computer

TRS-80 Color Computer IIThe home computer is a consumer-friendly word for the second generation of microcomputers (the technical term that was previously used), entering the market in 1977 and becoming common during the 1980s.

The home computer became affordable for the general public due to the mass production of the silicon chip based microprocessor and as the name indicates, tended to be used in the home rather than in business/industrial contexts (the name also marks the difference from the first generation of microcomputers (from 1974/75 onwards) which catered mostly to engineers and hobbyists with good soldering skills, as they were often sold as kits to be assembled by the customer). Use of the term "home computer" largely died out at the end of the decade (in the U.S.) or in the early 1990s (in Europe). This was due to the rise of the IBM PC compatible personal computer (the IBM PC and its clones are not covered in this article), and the consequent preference for the term "PC" rather than "home computer."

On the ESPN Olympia broadcast, Jim Quinn had stated that Billy Smith did skin fold measurements on Flex in Gold's Venice a week before the show. Quinn went on to say that Flex was the only bodybuilder ever to measure at 0.0.

any preacher bench movement is going to aggravate your biceps................
concentration curls, and machine work should be ok
just take it nice and slow and easy

good luck!!

this crazy thing is my arms have never had this much mass before and i used to bomb the hell out of them,i guess this injury was a blessing in disguise and its tellin me i was overtraining everything including biceps,im doing most of the exercises i see yates doin on the blood and guts video and im tryin to follow his theories on muscle building,so far so good, never in my life have i made these type of gains in such a short time,as far as im concerned dorian was a genius in this game

Try using a curling bar, if you already haven't.

Also do spider curls. You hang your arm off of the other side of a preacher bench (not the incline side). Your body rests on the incline part and your arm just hangs. it's a great "feel" exercise.

EDIT: Oh yeah......use dumbells for this. One arm at a time.

Yes, Jimmy looks big. I hope he can win the Qualifier the night before the Night of Champions. he must take first or second to qualify, I am confident he will.
