Sup guys!! i been dieting for 3 months now, started at 300lbs now at 272..
about once a week i be craving for something sweet, you guys think those zone bars are OK to have about once or twice a week? my body fat is 12% right now an i do 1hr 30Min's of cardio everyday!!

If you're 272lbs and 12% bf you must be doing something right.

They were decent years ago, but since Abbott took them over, the quality and taste IMO has gone down. Better than some of the alternatives I suppose.
