Im currently taking No-Explode, Cell Mass, Whey Protein, L-Glutamine capsules, Liquid and capsule aminos, and fish oil. Im looking to get gain alot of muscle, are these a good blend of products? and whens the best time to take each of these, like before and after workouts? Rick

No-Explode pre workout,Cellmass and Whey Protein post workout,L-Glutamine on an empty stomach-not with other protein/amino acids,fish oils-1 tablespoon 3 times a day with meals.Wouldn't both with liquid or capsule aminos-get your proten from solid food and shakes.I think supplements are just the icing on the cake really-have 6 healthy meals a day-loads of protein and complex carbs-and train heavy and basic.Good luck.

Monster overuse of snake-oil

Fish oil capsules, 3 capsules at a time (3g), 3-5 times per day (9-15g). Whey protein twice (upon waking) and post workout.
