Yeah, plain and simple, surprised to see no egg whites, but hey, what works works. Question though, do you cook the bulk of your food say one day wk or do you cook daily. I've always done the bulk of my cooking Sunday afternoon just to save time during the wk, but by Friday or so some of that stuff really taste stale, not spoiled, just not fresh.

Lee,
Your diet seems alot more econonically friendly than other bb in the IFBB. Jay Cutler's food intake is enough for a whole family even precontest (Orange Roughey, Buffalo, filet mignon, etc.). This is probably over a grand a week in food alone. I wonder if all of that is necessary sometimes. Offseason his intake it is a small village. BB eating doesn't have to break your pockets. My protein is whey, tuna, and chicken. My gains are good and I don't even look at these supplements that claim to put 50lbs of muscle on you in a little over a month (ahem...Muscletech). Maybe they do work but I am not gonna drop hundreds of dollars to just be proven right or wrong. Keep it simple, train hard and smart, get some rest and thats all there is to it really.

Hello Steven, hope your training is going well!
-
hahaha imagine if there is a shortage in KFC what the hell will Lee Priest do!
-
I went to KFC the other day and they told me they were out of chicken. The gods wouldn't let me cheat.

Daily hate it when reheated and that shit dries out :(
-
Thanks, Lee! Basic but effective.
The training? Dont worry I wont tell anyone your secrets ;D
-
is that diet or off-season

Yeah, it gets kind of nasty and gross, but I hate cooking every day, so I like keeping the cooking as minimal as I can. Besides, as you well know, when dieting, it's not like the food is all that great "taste" wise anyway.
The only thing I cook daily is my egg whites and oats. I tried cooking all my eggs a wk in advance one time, hard-boiled, but talk about disgusting, after 2 days I threw away a wks worth of eggs.
Question about your chicken and rice. Do you do anything to spice that stuff up by way of some kind of low cal sauce or do you just eat it dry?
-
MRS. DASH will spice it up pretty good and theres nothing in it (no sodium / cals or anything)
