Every once in a while you'll see some idiot's article about the dangers of microwaves. All they do is move molecules around to create heat and cook or warm up food, just as boiling or any other cooking or heating method. Find 1 independent study where someone was made sick eating nuked food and than you'll have an argument. I've seen many reports to the contray. Use it, it's not 1960 anymore.

i completely agree, i think the only problem that could occur while using a microwave is if you were to nuke something in a non-microwave friendly tupperware container or something

I cook the following foods in my microwave (not re-heats either): Rice, pasta, eggs, salmon, poultry, ground beef (stir often), potatos, and oatmeal. I did turkey thighs (with skin) in there one too!
