I'm getting closer and closer to my goals BUT am I sand bagging my progress when I throw a teaspoon of the brown sugar on my cup of oatmeal in the mornin and night? Its doesnt seem to jack my sugar readings any when I test.

Depends on your goals. If you're trying to lean out, then I'd leave out all forms of sugar in your diet except for a little post training. Why not just use Splenda because every little thing you do right adds up.

Yeah I try to stay as clean as I can and that includes adding sugar to things....but occasionaly i'll add a little bit of brown sugar to my oatmeal in the morning.
