Title: whats a good solid supplement

i am looking for a supplement that will put on some mass and up my strength. It could be creatine or a test booster or pro hormone. i just want some advice on a good solid supplement. i take cyto gainer after workouts, whats a good supplement before workouts.

Lots of food...nothing else works better.

Actually MyoZene is a post-exercise supp rather than a pre-exercise supp..

Xtend is a good pre-workout supplement. I routinely use this as well as Kre-Alkyln (buffered creatine) as my basic supplements for pre and post (Kre is taken post w/o). Other than that stick with good clean food and a protein powder, most of the pro-hormones out today are way to harsh on you liver, lipids to be worth the gains they give...
