Title: Hugo Girard clip - Thomas Inch DB Lift - 12x

its from March when he appeared on a Japanese tv show. he lifts a 173 lbs dumbell over head with one arm for a record dozen reps.

Its very impressive and very amusing.

I've posted this clip on a couple other threads. If you haven't seen it yet, check it out - its worth your time

i ermember years ago he had a small article in Flex on him winning a police bench competition with 600lbs

That's a Thomas Inch Dumbbell he's lifting. Very impressive.

He's not able to make the whole lift one handed though, which is the big challenge with that dumbbell, the bar is so thick.

A guy like Coleman, for all his extreme power, who seems to have quite an average grip, would never be able to get even close to to a the one hand C&J with the Inch dumbbell.

even more impressive than the lift, the props he gives to the nature boy, doing the Rick Flair strut stylin and profilin after he is done.

He trained at Gold's Venice for several months. Real nice guy. Even close to contest time he was always easy going and laid back.
