Title: Court for July 13th appearance is postponed

The court appearance for Craig Titus & Kelly Ryan, due for July 13th, has been postposed until Tuesday, July 18th, due to Mr. Pitaro, Kelly's lawyer, not being able to make it on that date. More to follow soon.

Is it a bail hearing??  Or what??  Does anyone know??

I can't imagine either one of them would get bail??

Attorney Richard A. Schonfeld has filed a petition seeking oral arguments in support of a petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus in State v. Titus, Ryan and Gross. Schonfeld details why the complaint charging Craig Titus with murder, kidnapping and arson should be dismissed.

This must be a routine part of the process - or he is grasping at straws.  I am thinking dismissal is not going to happen

So Ron, how much crack does this attorney plan to smoke before getting up in court and making that argument?
