Was he the true brains behind your transformation? He seems schooled in the weightloss arena, maybe he can help me bulk up

On the ESPN Olympia broadcast, Jim Quinn had stated that Billy Smith did skin fold measurements on Andre in Gold's Venice a week before the show. Quinn went on to say that Andre was the only bodybuilder ever to measure at 0.0.
