He will be competing in Montreal. He is a solid 285. Still very big and freaky looking. He trains at the old Gold's Gym in mississauga, ontario.

His posing routine i heard is shakey at best .... more quivers than a howard stern sidekick

I think it's the battle for the O 98..Paul looks unreal, hard as a rock. Quads are feathered, hams and calves are awsome. I think he would have been right up there but I think he dropped out for some reason. I swear that is footage of one of the freakiest guys I've ever seen. There is a scene where Rico McClinton is doing his set and Paul is resting and he looks unbelievable. Only thing that's a downer is he sucks on a towel while training in the begining...just kinda gross. He actually trains pretty hard in this one...he's doing some kind of shoulder press machine and he's doing 4 45lbs plates a side.

I dont think he can come back into the United States. Paul's posing has always been off - he knows that and is working on it for ths show! WIll be cool to see Paul onstage again...

Is the true? I heard that he can go to the states but only for his shows. He must leave immediately after. Not sure though. How will he survive if he can't go to the states to compete? bodybuilding is much more popular over there then in Canada. They even cancelled the Toronto Por show this year due to lack of money.
