Who here is going to the Missouri State in Springfield to see Gunther & Ronnie? Will be interesting to see how Gunthers progressing in bringing down the champ.

I have a brother that lives in east alton. He works out very regularly and has been packing on quality size in his pecs but I doubt he will ever compete though. I lent him the Markus Ruhl made in Germany video and he was blown away by how big Markus is. The grocerie store scene cracked him up.

i'm not far from there, in west St. Louis county.

it's a 3 hour drive to Springfield, the last time i went to the show was in 2000, met Coleman, Flex and Nasser there.
