I realized the only dairy I really ever have now is cottage cheese. Do any of you make sure you take in some skim milk or yogurt in your diets?

I eat yogurt everyday.

I will start then, Dairy gives me no problem.

it depends.....during the off / bulking season i'll be sure to take it plenty of dairy products for the extra protein...i love skim milk, krogers carb masters yogurt (only 3g sugar and 12g pro)...still cant stand cottage chese though, i use a casein shake before bed to avoid that nasty ass cottage cheese :)
during the contest prep period however all dairy is cut out at about 10-12 weeks OUT...i love milk but 8oz has 11-12 grams of sugar, which is a definite no-no during ripping up!

I try to stay away from dairy products such as the ones you listed. I love milk, but like Big Mike said it does have a good bit of sugar. As for cottage cheese and yogurt, well I just plain don't like it. I get my calcium from supplements and the butt load of broccoli and spinach I eat every day.

Every once in awhile i'll take a little drink of milk but other than that its just cottage cheese occasionally. It just got me thinking maybe im missing out on important nutrients.

A GALLON??? PLEAAASE!!
ANywho, cabr sense skim is a great great product! It has like 3g of sugar and 3g of carbs with 12g of protein (o fat) per cup......you could drink gallons of this and be ok, cept for the price.....tad on the high end!
