And since he was the smallest pro bodybuilders out there (until Derik Farnsworth came along), seeing Flavio against Gunter and other tall competitors was always interest in the various physiques out there.

he was a legit 145 onstage. He doesnt need disability, he is loaded through personal training and stocks.

When he was at the Master's Olympia in 2000, part of his routine was that song that goes "i'm too sexy for my..." Also, if i remember right, part of a Madonna song was in it too.
Also, i think he's a pretty smart man...he wakes up in the middle of the night, works out and then does day trading and good at it (not like that makes you smart, but you should know what i mean).
