lol this is prob a gay question but i dont really give a shit! What can you do when you go to the beach that will "Pump" up your muscles and body to look super ripped and big before you take off your shirt at the beach?? yeah super gay question but i bet there are people who actually want to know what they can do(exercises,diet,supps) or whatever to look really like they just worked out when going to the beach. thanks

well either go to the gym before the beach or use som weights at home or body only exercises.
there may be some supplements out there that's suppose to enhance or prolong the pump, not sure if it's bullshit or not

It's not so much a gay question, as a question about your own insecurities. You going to the bench to enjoy the beach, do a little body surfing, check out the hotties or what? I don't think a daily posedown for Mr Stud of the day contest will be required. I surf a lot here in So Cal and am totally amazed at some of the 20/30 something guy's who, in a physical way, look like the Philsberry Doughboy. And with all that extra dough (don't mean money) hanging out over their waistline. Some of them are with outstanding, movie or porn star quality babe's, who are all over these guy's.. Be yourself Bud, you really don't have to be super pumped all the time to impress.
Always Sore gives good advice about the five "P's". Anothe way to encourage a pump is through muscle control, a very lost art now-a-days. After training the body/mind connection for a few weeks, you can just about bring a blood supply (pump) into any muscle group you want. All that is required is the focus of the mind and slight to moderated flex and relaxing of the targeted muscle area. You do not need weights or any other resistence equipment, just free will as to how you want your body to react. Somewhere on this site there is an article about how Arnold could pump up certain muscle areas pretty much at will. This would be muscle control and is somewhat easy to learn with a little pratice. Some pump artist (15-20+ sets of light to moderate weight) should be able to achieve muscle control fairly fast, weither they know it or not. Good Luck.
