Ok today I had my first experience with a "NO2" product. I decided to try a bucket of N.O.Explode from BSN. I took it on the advice of the guy at the supp shop I go to over ana.somethingorother that was much more expensive, supposedly works better but has half the servings for higher price and tastes like gasoline product. So anyways, I got the lemon/lime flavor stuff and tried it today. I took it about 25 mins before going to the gym and by the time my warmup on the bike was done I was already feeling the caffeine. I don't drink coffee or soda so i realized the stimulant effect right away. I still feel it now, 2 hours later. I had hands down the BEST chest workout I have ever had. I warmed up on incline hammers and then hit cable crossovers. I was noticing wanting to hit my next set about halfway through my normal rest period between sets, and using the same weight as last week I was hammering out 5 more reps per set. Then I did pullovers with the 110s (we dont have bigger at my gym) and i was cranking out like 15-20 reps so I had to use the pullover machine with an extra plate pinned to the stack to finish pullovers. Then I finished up with flat dumbell presses and by the time i was on my fourth set with the 80's I looked up at the clock and realized that I was only there at the gym for like 35 minutes. Usually at that point I am at about an hour. I feel so pumped right now. I can hardly type with my hands shaking like this from the stimulants. I can't wait for tomorrow to hit the squat rack and see how much the NO-Explode helps.
Silly question on this though.....isnt a vasodilator and caffeine together kinda counterproductive? Doesnt caffeine constrict blood vessels?

This is exactly right but no one seems to care. You would have a better effect from the Arginine product without the caffeine but the caffeine gives you a boost in energy, and a seemingly better workout, which is why they keep it (or put it) in the product. If you like the effects you are receiving then good job on getting a product that works but there are others on the market without the added caffeine.

I use the N.O xplode, I really like the feeling you get when you workout, but I'm not sure if it really helps build size or not. Supplements are confusing I don't want to waste my money but I'm not sure about using AAS.
