You need to stop cheating and stick to your diet religiously :o
I have the same opposite problem of you....anything less than 3000 clean calories per day and I lose weight >:(

Yes I believe that is what I need to do as well. I feel like sh!t after I binge anyway...half guilt half sh!tty food. lol. I get frustrated because I am very active and still cannot get over this hump. I just cannot understand why 1 cheat meal or day can set me back like that. My age? 38.
Ok no more crying... I will just eat clean 24/7 and be a total dick.
well, to be perfectly honest with you..at 38 your metabolism has probably slowed down considerably compared to what it was in your 20s, so you cant get away with eating the same stuff.
