Just got back from the seminar. It was an hour long and Jay was very open about things. He talked about the use of diuretics after being asked, he also discussed a lot about his nutrition and training. He does not eat 10 meals a day, he eats 7 he says. He talked about playing fullback in high school and being a college student and trying to bodybuild at the same time. He was cracking jokes saying the rest of his family is really fat and out of shape.

Hey i was just wondering. pro bodybuilders blow up to 250 + lbs and the face dimensions also enlarges; is the process reversible?
I know some are just fat accumulation or water retention, but sometimes their jaws also grow. How about the meat on the face. Does it go down? Dorians' face look slim now but seldomly does he have a super bloated face.

So as you can tell, it was very entertaining.
