i am allergic to eggs

according to the doc and nutritionist food allergies can cause weight gain and prevent weight loss if the allergic foods are eaten. i went through the testing because i have had an excessive amount of fat gain and in areas i have never had b4. i know how and what to do for training and diet and am doing it. hopefully this discovery will allow me to get back to weight ;D

I would say your gain was not fat but water from the allergens in the foods you used to eat. Once you stopped the water disappears.

when u r allergic to certain foods it causes inflamation in the body. some people get fat cell inflamation. water weight is not an effect of food allergies
