Sadly - Yates claimed that it was possible to train the lower biceps too.

The lower biceps is right next to the inner chest. ;)

Wel sadly Larry Scott has said the same thing, and it's true you can build more of a roundess associatedwith lower biceps with precaer curls, scott said spider curls worked his lower biceps. So you kind of can work the lower biceps like working the lower quad with sissy squats.
