hahahaha, not really, i'm eating pretty much the same but i've kind of amped things up a little in the gym, a few more sets with a little less rest between sets but nothing too serious.Have you changed the amount of hot food/beverages you consume?

your metabolism is fine tuned man. Keep it the same if your looking to get really lean...if your too hungry, just throw in an extra meal. Im running abou tthe same now, eating super cleam makes you super hungry within 2 hrs for me atleast after meals...i dont care, ill eat a chicken breast or even steak! as long as its 1.5 hrs at least apart, so my bidy can absorb it, and not store it as fat.
