the freak of nature on the left, whos living the bodybuilding dream!

He's on? lol

Ron has been clean right now for a couple of month and still as good size so no, I don't think his physique is build on drugs.
I like to read his "daily pump" thread and while he may not have the best genetics in the world, that guy looks like he trains really hard
Props to him !

ok, well obviously he doesn't have a pro build by now, but he is a very big by the standards of the general populace. Put him in a tight form fitting shirt and I think you would be able to tell this. From what I remember his competition weight is something like 210 at 5'9. Weak arms but great legs.
I think I read somewhere (probably mayhem) that he responded ok to juice, but nothing special. He strikes me as a dedicated guy both professionally and in his training so I guess it goes back to what he says about response to juice.
Like I said, he be not be huge by competitive bodybuilding standards but the general populace would think he is on steroids for sure. I also think his articles are also some of the best around since they go over a lot of history and trivia for those of us that like that stuff.
i agree, Ron does have a good build, looks like a guy who prolly never pushed it with the drugs, his articles are also damn good.

He's a hard trainer and probably fought clean and unclean for every inch of muscle he's achieved.prop's to him and anyone here who has trained 10 or more year's nonstop .
-
He is a decent writer. No idea why he even juices though. Maybe he can answer that.
