not impressive in the least i can name about 2 or 3 that equal him or surpass johniie at my gym right now. most dudes his size dont waste and shouldnt waste there time competing. now big ron is BIGGG

If you watch the Johnnie O/Branch Warren segment in the BFTO 2005, you'll see that Branch is in fact much stronger in pressing movements even a couple days before a contest - much thicker too

jackson is a good pl but all results are from his gear. in his video, he is using knee wraps with 4 plates for squats and is seen in another video deadlifting 5 plates not that easily, esp. someone with an 800 + deadlift.  all gear.

Johnnie Jackson uses the worst form I have ever seen for most of his excercises. Those barbell rows were absolutely ridiculous, and the curls that he was doing in his second DVD looked like supinated grip hang cleans.
