One piece of boneless chicken is about 20 grams.
One piece of chicken with bones is about 30grams.

It depends on how much it weighs. 6 grams of protein per ounce.

Buy a food scale from the supermarket. They're cheap and an absolute must for someone serious about their nutrititional program. Also buy one of those books which gives you the nutritional information for every single food in the universe and...TA DA!. You have a quick answer for every scrap of food you consume.

The July 2006 issue of FLEX (with David Henry on the cover) has a pullout poster, with the nutritional breakdown of 200 different foods.
According to it, a 6-oz chicken breast (raw) has approximately 185 calories, 0 g carbs, 39 g protein, and 2 g fat.
I bought a food scale years ago, to help me calculate my caloric and protein intake, not to mention that my favorite issue of MuscleMag (#145) had an article on "Alternates", in which the diet section mentioned several basic foods and their nutrient values.
