With the recent internet popularity of Chuck Norris there are an awful lot of claims being made as to his abilities and what some would consider super powers.
In the early 90's Benny Podda was begged by Chuck himself to be his personal trainer. What would that make Benny compared to chuck???
Rumor has it that Benny lives in a cave and has disconnected himself from the outside world. Has anyone seen him?

Chuck did not beg Benny. Benny trained Chuck for awhile and even got him a part in some movie where Chuck killed allot of people. I cna't remember the name if the movie. I used to know but forgot cause Chuck told me where he met Benny. And I think it was in the late 80's all this happened. Whenever that movie came out. Benny ad Ray Mentzer both loved making their clients throw-up during training. They always thought they were doing good. I do remember Beeny coming in the gym one day and telling me he made Chuck throw up. Benny was a slef impsed tough guy. We had it out once in the gym. Ray kind of stepped between us. It was over Benny selling fake Equipose.

Haha i don't thnk so and he knew it. He was okay size but I was about 4" taller and about 40 lbs heavier and allot stronger and he knew my background. In fact when he back talked me and we were just about to go at it thats when Ray stepped in and I told the girl to call 911. Benny says to me "why you calling to cops pussy" and I said not the cops asshole an ambulance cause I'm going to fuck you up". Nothing happened. benny was a nut but not that stupid. I am sure he would have blind sided me if he had the chance but never face up.

Its not a rumor. He does live in a cave and disconnected himself from society. Some sort of yogi thing he's on He's actually still in great shape

Benny put on a seminar not to long ago. Anyone know how many people went. He did a thesis on the "egg". He knew everything you could possibly know about eggs. He woudl rattled off so much shit to me. All I remember about the egg is that it is water soluble and when you drink them you barely get 50% of the nutritents. He said poaching eggs covered is the best way to eat eggs and cook them. You got almost 100% of their nutrients.

Aske Benny to "Call the fire department". The sick dude used to love lighting his pubic hairs on fire in the parling lot of restaurants while we were talking to girls... kind of put a damper on any possible action we were about to get.
