No these are Tom Prince words.
I'm going to cut right to it. Here's EXACTLY, word for word, what it takes for anyone to turn pro:
4. Knowing what it means to "rest"
shiit, i don't know what it means to rest!!! that must be the reason why i haven't turned pro.
I'm about to turn Pro...as soon as my GEARS arrive in the mail
No these are Tom Prince words.
He had some other words too....like 'I dont feel so good'
"Ow, my kidneys"
"is pee supposed to be red?"
and most recently
"do you have this shirt in a medium?"
What make you a pro are...
1.Genetic
2.Genetic
3.Genetic
4.Genetic
5.Genetic
6.Positive mind
7.Gears
Genetics?
Lee Priest doesnt have the best genetics...
3. Knowing how to eat alot of good food
Gear is not what makes you a pro ;D
I'm going to cut right to it. Here's EXACTLY, word for word, what it takes for anyone to turn pro:
1. Genetics
2. Busting your ass in the gym
3. Knowing how to eat alot of good food
4. Knowing what it means to "rest"
5. 12-15 YEARS of being consistant, and never missing a scheduled workout (*note: you are allowed to miss 2-3 workouts in that 12-15 years for funerals, family tragedy, etc.)
NOW.. here's how 1-5 plays out: Your GENETICS, you are born with, and can do nothing about. Numbers 2,3,4, I could teach a retarded monkey with a brain amputation.
And #5.. is why 99.99999% of the people fail.. and fall dead on their ass.
Notice is doesn't say "gear" or "steroids" in there at all. If you are one of those people that walks around saying "he's just big because he's on tons of shit!", then you will NEVER make it. NEVER!!
Steroids, GH, gear.. is the ultimate weak minded pussies excuse. Because, if it's GEAR, they never have to admit they aren't good enough. These people come up with an abstract excuse that no one can exacty pin point (how much, exactly is "tons of shit"?), and that way they don't have to admit they just ain't got it.
Notice the only thing you never hear someone say is: "I'm just not good enough?"
What makes you turn pro is the inability to play football even though you're huge. Gumps.
What make you a pro are...
1.Genetic
2.Genetic
3.Genetic
4.Genetic
5.Genetic
6.Positive mind
7.Gears
football players wish they were as strong and as muscular as bbers.

Pros used to Bust their ass. Arnold,Sergio and the rest.
Now with today`s drugs, busting your ass isn`t neccessary at all.
You hit it right on the head........and that's another reason why bodybuilding is a lost art, too much drugs and not enough training.........that will change this upcoming year for at least two people I know 8)!!
cAN YOU ELABORATE ON THAT?
3 things that will help you turn pro:
1. Eat your vitamins
2. Don't forget your spinach
3. Always start your day with Wheaties
Good luck!
How come everybody says that Cormier, Dillet, Wheeler, Taylor etc. don't train hard but "busting your ass in the gym" is #2 on his list?i dont know about the rest of them, but i can guarantee you wheeler was/ and would still be/ one of the hardest working pros. he fuckin killed himself in the gym....and as for the others i see no way that they could compete at the pro level without training at least pretty hard...gear only does sso much.
cAN YOU ELABORATE ON THAT?Bodybuilding is only about inducing hypertrophy and keeping bodyfat to a minimum. Both are easily done with modern drugs. Why do you think these drugs were invented? For bodybuilders?? Nope, they were made for people with wasting illnessses. The word "train" refers to teach. For example, a o-lifter "trains his body to be more and more efficient at putting weight overhead. The more efficient, the more he can put up. Bodybuilders are only soliciting a response which is primarily controlled by hormone levels.
Why is it hard for people to admit they have shitty genetics? These are the guys that bitch constantly about how the only reason pro's are pro's is because of their doses, we'll i have news its how your body responds to GEAR!! and your genetic bone structure and build. SIMPLE
Mars isn't that the 3rd or 4th time you post that ?
Croatch, will you be releasing another short film - in the same style as the one feat the track by Explosions In The Sky?No. I'd be afraid that I'd get flooded with PM's asking me about a Croatch documentary. The press is a bitch! You go to Gold's?

I prefer Weasels, but that's just me.............
Well I am sick and f*cking tired of bullshit threads like this saying it's all about this and that!!!
It's plain and simple boyz and girlz...Being a pro is all about genetics true but you have to explain...it's all about how your genetics respond to the gear. I can say this based off of true life experiences and after busting my ass for 10-12 years straight, not missing meals, rarely drinking/partying, getting tons of sleep, training with pros, using thousands of dollars in supplements, measuring every meal BLAH f*cking BLAH and never getting over 215lbs @ 8-9% BF (6' 1" tall). Now add 500mg/wk of t*st for 16 weeks and bam 255lbs, 2.5" on arms, benching well over 400 with ease and I can go on forever how much I responded. Now flip the coin to my partner who trains balls to the wall just like me, did the exact same meal schedule, same age, bone structure, starting weight, same blah blah blah and he went up to 230ish.
So this bullshit about gear being 2% or 5% is simple a person speaking on a topic they no nothing about and have never been down that road. No offense to brothers out there but take a black guy who is naturally really lean and put him on 500mg week of test and some dbol and he'll blow up bigger than any white guy out there using the same amount of stuff and the bro' won't even hold an ounce of water! I know because I see it every day! Unless you have been there you just don't know. If you have weak ass genetics and you don't respond to gear well then you just don't know. Any pro will agree with me that they are the ones who respond best to the sauce. Look at Lee P's amounts! Come on guys, be honest, how many people use way more than him and don't look like that? Do you think he trains that much harder than anyone else?
I agree it's all about genetics but more how your genetics and receptors utilize the gear and anyone who argues that simple has not been down that road to know...
So for all you wanna be pros out there doing tons of juice listen up...If after a year or two you are not making huge gains consistently and you are doing the yo yo up and down on and off, you might as well quit wasting your time and your health. Yes you can be a King tamali but being a Shawn Ray or a Flex Wheeler or Ronnie Coleman takes excellent genetics that love gear. Just look at Levrone and how he would go off gear and training for months after a show just to do another show in a few month after a long layoff.
Once you have the "genetics" then all of the other stuff is really a far 2nd place!
