quick question,,aren't bodybuilders supposed to stay away from dairy products the closer they get to a show they are competing in,,So how do you do it,,your titties are so full of breast milk you must be bloated 24/7

Jedi, why don't you edit your post and instead use that one? It's not perfect, I know, but with the minimal time allotted, it can and will work wonders for you.
