meal one: blend 4 large whole eggs with 100 ml of egg white, 250ml of 2%milk and 60gram of oatmeal
meal two: one can of tuna, 2 pieces of whole bread, one cup of milk
meal three: 4 scoops of mrm protein, 1/2 a tea spoon of honey, 2 table spoons of olive oil, one banana
meal four: beef, soup, cup of milk
meal five: 250grams of cottage cheese, cup of milk, maybe some sort of vegetable
meal six: tuna can, brocolli, 1/2 table spoon of peanut butter, cup of milk
I think for when my dieting will get more intense I am going to change the 2% milk with skim milk.. that should do it.. any suggestions?

I would get rid of the milk all together. You are already a mass monster, you don't need to bulk any more. Time to get shredded!!!

I am afraid that I won't have enough total calories. I am down to 230 pounds how many cals do I need to cut?

If your worried about calories, eat more good carbs, sweet potato, brown rice, or even baked potato. You can likely handle more carbs, then say, Arvilla. It will also give you more energy to work out. You could also use a meal replacement mixed with water for extra calories. You may be losing weight(fat), but you will still look bigger due to better separation and depth to your muscles.

Initially you lose a good amount of water, so not all is fat.

My nutritional breackdown for today:
Cals:2997 fats:100 carbs:201 protein:323
and that is with 2 cups less of milk! :o

how'd you calculate 2997, should be just under 2200.
protein = 4cal
carb =4cal
fat=9 cal
I would up the good fat. Just decrease your carbs gradually, not complicated.

I went to this online site and it has pretty much all the lists of products and its really easy to use. I calculated to the exact calorie!

In all seriousness, you need to add more fat to your diet, either thru things like PB or add some flaxseed oil, fish oil or the similar
Not all fat is bad and some actually help burn fat within your body...

Yep. Lose the Milk and soup. Stick with the core diet foods. Tuna, Chicken, and anything else that has gills or flaps its wings
