Nate Marquardt will be fighting also, rumor has it, it will be against Phil Baroni.

Terrell is out with a sinus infection.  Kind of a dumb reason to pull out of a fight that is almost a month away, must have been a bad infection.

I would go with Nate by superior card (UD).  Nate's good enough on the ground to take Phil down and control him for the UD.
