yeah i need to hit pecs more, for some reason its always been a weak point...i think for a lot of natural people chest is a weak point...i dunno. tryin to hit 315 for bench...my short term goal is 315 for reps..

Looking good.  What chest routine do you do.  Do you get enough incline bench in?  Flyes?  Getting enough protein? 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. What's your height weight?  If I saw your routine perhaps I could give you some good advice for things that would better your progress.

you can do better.   it looks like you eat like shit and no cardio.  you got some muscle but it is buried.  come on, man.  do all three not just lift.
