Title: absolute BEST steroid site for newbies?

I don't want to spend a lot of money on a research book, as i've seen many people on here say you can learn just as much online. Well, is there strictly a BASIC NEWBIE GUIDE site to learn about juice? Thanks

Just hang out here for awhile and you will learn anything you wanna know

the book is a good solution the only thing you may not want to show it in your house...you have to keep it somewhere..

Williams book is well worth the price. one of the best 60 dollar purchases i've made.
