I can recall the one time I went to the gym for a workout right after having chugged a couple of beers. I actually set a new personal record in the bench press that day.

You should try adding some whey protein and glutamine to that.

i once did a strong man comp but it was at a bar you would have to chug beer during the events before the events and after the events it was tons of fun i remember being so drunk while doing a log lift and almost passing out ;D
