With all the money that the supplement companies make, do you think ,oh lets say…………………..the top 10-15 pros are paid enough  for the work that they do ???
(e.g.- contest prize money)

People are paid whatever the market dictates. Money isn't going to come from nowhere. They need to think of some ways to get more consumers interested in them. Unfortunately, most of them are meatheads.

it's not about the money, its about the love for the sport

no point in going through life playing it safe, shying from challenges, or sitting on the fence

be nice if they had some change to show for all they're efforts though

if you're halfway smart or just plain not lazy, you can usually find a way to make a good living in just about anything you enjoy.

Yeah.  I'm living off my website which I haven't updated for two months and subletting my house to friends so all I do is bum around the gym all day and post on getbig.  :D  It doesn't take much to make a living off what you like but it does take some level of intelligence.

Are you 5'10 and 1/2?

depending on if i'm slouching or not, yep, about 5 10 or 5 11

i just think its not right that poeple in other sports make so much more money then bodybuilders do. I mean look at baseball and basketball players. Bodybuilders put in so much more work then 95% of these poeple, it would be nice if they had something to show for it.

there's lot of sports where there's less money and less opportunity than bodybuilding

Yes but they don't pretend like BB's.   They don't go out and buy fancy cars and wear bling and other crap.

let me use ronnie for an example, if you got the money then why worry about how much a car, house, etc cost

Bodybuilding should be 100% volunteer and no one should get paid.

then we wouldn't have the Lee Priest Foundation for bodybuilders who don't read so good.

There is more money in pro bass fishing than in bodybuilding. It gets more tv coverage too.
